We collect information you provide directly to us, including: name and contact information (email address, phone number), business information when creating AI agent portals, messages and conversations with AI agents on our platform, WhatsApp messages sent to Instly-powered business numbers, and usage data including session information and interaction logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and improve our AI agent platform, process and respond to messages sent through our services, generate AI-powered responses via Anthropic's Claude API, send notifications and communications related to our services, monitor and analyse usage to improve platform performance, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI and Automated Processing
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to power AI agents and process conversations. Messages you send through Instly-powered portals and WhatsApp integrations are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com for details on how they handle data.
4. WhatsApp Integration
If you interact with an Instly-powered WhatsApp Business number, your messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and stored securely in our database. We comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: Anthropic (AI processing), Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Supabase (data storage), Railway (API hosting), and Resend (email delivery). All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain conversation logs and usage data for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
8. Your Rights

9. Cookies
Our platform uses session storage to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
